RANT
Four years ago on May 16 2017 i took my Dodge truck to Big Rock because it kept loosing the gas out of the air conditioner. I had been recharging the system every summer for four previous years and i wanted it repaired. They charged me $ 1982.50 to repair it but the following spring the gas had leaked out again . You had it back in the summers of 2018, 2019, 2020, and again in 2021. You finally said it was the Accumulator that was leaking.I'm amazed that it took you four years to come up with that !
You gave me a Quote of $ 683.05 to change the Accumulator. I went to the city and had it changed out for $ 422.58. That's $ 260.42 difference ! ( shop Local ) you didn't get to rip me off again.
I paid you $ 1982.50 to repair my air conditioner and you didn't do the job you were paid for. It's not my fault that your staff is incompetent.
I feel that you took my money under false pretense and that i should be paid back.

English As a Second Language, Adult Basic Literacy, General Interest, Community and Employability courses are offered throughout the public school calendar. One on one free tutoring is available. Tutoring for trades and upgrading is also available. We are closed July and August. A drop in learning centre will be a new feature this fall 2013!
