Over time, the daily wear and tear on a trailer can dramatically increase if it was made with inferior hardware and parts. Using rivets can lead to metal fatigue, finish material breakdowns and leakage. Extended road vibration can cause havoc with sectional roof designs and cause rivets and screws to become loose and wear out material. You do not have to worry about any of this with any trailer made by Royal. Our superior fabrication techniques include using 3M VHB (very high bond) double sided tape that seals the aluminum shell to the frame for a smooth and rivetless finish. This same product is used for skyscrapers, cell phones, vehicles, etc all of which rely on high strength bonding tape to complete one or more steps in the assembly process. Our assembly procedure reduces material fatigue from the expansion and contraction that is caused by temperature variations and travel wear from vibration which means a longer life for your trailer.
