Exterior and property inspection. Inspect furnace and water heater, electrical wiring, plumbing and fixtures. Check doors, windows, floors, walls etc. Overall structure of the home, fire and trip hazards. The thermal imaging camera, carbon monoxide meter, moisture meter and various other test equipment is used as needed during the inspection.
