All thou all mask mandates have been lifted in Alberta Canada and have been for some time now, one cab company (Eagle Taxi out of Wetaskiwin, Alberta) still sports a sign on their cabs. It says 'All Passengers Must Wear a Mask'

The sign and it's implications is absolutely disgusting.
Is this allowed in Wetaskiwin?
Seems to me it may be a crime or in the least incriminatory
